Wayne- I personally have known this guy all his life. Robert has known him from the time Wayne could say Robret. (Too young to pronounce Robert). Yet he grew up and became what would have been the best electrician in the world…..sorry world….he gave it all up for us 7 years ago. Can I just say we could never express to him exactly how much this means to us. This man is the balance to this company. He brings a since of peace to Robert daily knowing he always has his back no matter personal or business. He has stuck with us through the very good and the very bad times. And may I just say the anxiety levels rise when he even remotely thinks of taking a day off. We love the heart this man has for us and the company.
His picture says it all – his cockyness brotherly love. He is one of a kind and could never be replaced. Love you bubba!!

Felicia – With God all things happen at just the right time. Robert and I had the joys of spending our high school days with this lady. As time passed she moved out of state. But it just so happened we immediately took great advantage of her moving back to town. In our need of help she was willing to take on a position requiring her to put up with the two of us again. For a year now, she has stepped up to the plate as our full time office receptionist/job scheduler. Trust me if you have spoken to her, her very bubbly, sweet southern drawl will grab your attention immediately. We love her attentiveness to detail and how highly protective she is of our crew. Her loyalty and faith in us is greatly treasured. When she is not at work she is running from spiders (actually she does this at work too!!) and being a mom of four. (I have no idea how she does it!!)

Living in today’s world, it is very easy to get caught up in our day to day responsibilities that we do not take the time to express how much others mean to us. Being a business owner and the business owners wife, Robert and I speak daily of each of our employees on the many tasks of the day. Sadly we do not take enough time to express directly to our crew how much of a difference each one of them make to our company. They each carry there own special and very important role to make Elitte Septic a very well respected family owned company.
